- Is a minimum required for fabric cuts? Yes, the minimum order quantity is 1 metre in length (the composition, weight and height measurement is indicated in the online shop window).
- Can a sold-out article become available again later? It is possible that out-of-stock items will become available again; however, it is not possible to make firm predictions on availability.
- Can I order different coloured fabrics? Only natural fabrics, i.e. not dyed, are included in the online sale. However, you can request a quote for custom dyeing by contacting info@maekotessuti.com.
- Are the goods I put in my shopping cart automatically reserved for me? No. Products are reserved at the end of the purchase process, when payment is made. If you do not place your order immediately, there is a possibility that the item will be out of stock in the time it takes to complete the purchase. Specifically for fabrics, availability can change very quickly.
- Will I receive a confirmation of my order? Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Please note! This confirmation will also be sent to you in the event that the article(s) ordered are no longer available: our customer care team will contact you promptly to report any cases of force majeure.
- Can I indicate a different address when shipping? Yes. It is important to give an address that allows the courier to deliver easily: indicate a place where a person informed of the arrival of the goods is present.
- How long does delivery take? Ordered items are packed and shipped after receipt of payment: under normal conditions, delivery takes between 5 and 10 working days.
- Can I return the goods if I don't like them? The right of withdrawal is guaranteed according to the law in force: note that fabrics, being cut to the required size, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- How will I be reimbursed in the event of a return? The respective amount will be credited to your Paypal account or by bank transfer, depending on the chosen method of payment.
- Can I return underwear for an exchange or refund? For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Of course, should the garment reveal a manufacturing defect, please write to info@maekotessuti.com to agree on the return of the item and receive a refund.
