Description

Maeko lets you choose two different Biological cottons, also known as Organic cotto, in two different weights, in a 150 and 160 gr weight, that are different in their original composition. They are perfect to make T-shirt and similar.

Here you can find the lightest of the two, the Morricone Jersey in 100% Biological cotton with a 150 gr weight.
Alternatively, Maeko supplies the 160gr Franck Jersey Rasato article, supported by a small percentage of Elastane useful to give more resistance and body to the structure of the fabric.

You have to consider that Maeko only uses biologically cultivated cotton to follow the same standard as in the alimentary industry, this is to make the right and ethic choice to respect both the environment and the people.

The Morricone jersey is perfect for those who are looking for an extremely natural cotton fabric with a soft hand.

It’s recommended to use it to realize clothing for the whole family; this jersey finds his best purpose for creating underwear or any other cloth that has to be worn directly on your skin

Color tune and precautions

The color tune of the natural fabrics may vary depending on the lot.
The quality of the device used to make a preview of each fabric may alterate each article.
We highly recommend to pre-wash your fabrics before cutting and tailoring them to avoid the shrinkage once the item has been already created.

Washing tips

Dyeing and finishing of the fabrics

Maeko offers the possibility of dyeing fabrics and samples. The first bath allows to dye up to 10-34 mts of a fabric.

Each dyeing process can be done on customer’s demand following R.E.A.C.H and G.O.T.S specifications.
