Maleo is the very soft version, produced by Maeko Filati in Biella, of a new 70% Hemp and 30% Tencel-Lyocell blended yarn fabric, a concrete answer to those who wish to find a jersey suitable for light t-shirts, capable of satisfying the most sceptical of the natural hand of 100% Hemp sometimes questioned and difficult to appreciate.
Maleo Jersey meets the needs of those with sensitive and delicate skin.
Reliable and attractive at the same time, Maleo Jersey is a soft, enveloping and lustrous lightweight fabric.
Recommended for making t-shirts, knitwear and leisure accessories, Maleo is suitable in any season and is perfect for the whole family.
It’s really appreciated in his natural color, but it’s also very nice after a good dyeing process that make the colors vibrant and shiny in it.
Dyeing and finishing of the fabrics
Maeko performs dyeing and sampling services. The first colour bath for sampling allows dyeing from 15-34 m of fabric.
Each dyeing process can be done on customer’s demand following R.E.A.C.H and G.O.T.S specifications.

Color tune and precautions
The color tune of the natural fabrics may vary depending on the lot.
The quality of the device used to make a preview of each fabric may alterate each article.
We highly recommend to pre-wash your fabrics before cutting and tailoring them to avoid the shrinkage once the item has been already created.
