The Mousseline Silk is the lightest of our silk products in our shop (35 gr/m²).
It’s a classic fabric, also known as chiffon, it’s produced with a super thin yarn in silk hair, it’s soft and veiled, perfect during summer to create seducing clothes, skirts, semi-transparent shirts, sinuous details for ceremony dresses, and lingerie. It’s much used for brides’ dresses with a fluid line and an imperial look. It’s also great for creating foulards a shoulder covers in silk.
The sensation of wearing it can be compared to wearing a super soft cloud, light, charming and delicate.
The fabric is also perfect at home to create elegant curtains and to embellish furniture with elegance.
