Bamboo 03I Tela is a particularly lightweight and cosy woven fabric that, despite weighing only 80 g per m2, is not particularly sheer. One of the most popular items among Maeko's regular fabrics, it is often offered in various on-trend colours and can be found in our online shop all year round.
Our 031 article in 100% Vi-Bamboo is very appreciated for his soft hand and his elegant look and in his 100% vegetal identity that really recalls to pure silk. It’s worn during the whole year, because, differently from silk, doesn’t heat and can also be worn during summer
It’s fresh, breathable anti bacterial , the 031 Bamboo fabric is very useful in the clothing production, it’s largely used in the production of undergarments, shirts, scarfs, pajamas, or sleepwear. It can also be used as an elegant lining for outerwear clothing.
The bamboo fabric is characterized for its easy ironing process and its dyeing results are appreciated by the artisans of all natural dyeings.
Color tune and precautions
The color tune of the natural fabrics may vary depending on the lot.
The quality of the device used to make a preview of each fabric may alterate each article.
We highly recommend to pre-wash your fabrics before cutting and tailoring them to avoid the shrinkage once the item has been already created.
Dyeing and finishing of the fabrics
Maeko performs dyeing and sampling services. The first colour bath for sampling allows dyeing from 15-34 m of fabric.
Each dyeing process can be done on customer’s demand following R.E.A.C.H and G.O.T.S specifications.
