Canvas pupils is the progenitor of the chain of the same name in 100% Hemp, which gives rise to all the other weaves of the Scolari loom, which differ from each other due to the different fibre of the yarns used in the weft.

Scolari tela, of medium weight, is the simplest weave in the series and is created by the union of yarns of the same count in both warp and weft: a fabric with a simple appearance, but ennobled by the textile workings that give it a very pleasant yet structured, compact and resistant hand.

This is a historical and continuing Maeko article, perfect for making clothing for all seasons, from heavy shirts for use in cold weather under a jacket or pullover to summer garments such as trousers, Bermuda shorts, skirts, dresses and light suits.

In the accessories sector, it is well suited for lining or covering; for the home, Scolari Tela's lustre and originality will give particular character to table linen (tablecloths and placemats), but also to curtains or pillowcases.
