In the Maeko Sumatra Jersey range, made of Crabyon and VI-Bamboo OekoTex-FSC, it stands out from all other articles in our production due to its special composition and lightness.
The weight of approximately 180 g and the small Elastane component (4%) make Sumatra a perfect fabric for cold-weather underwear and sports jerseys.
Crabyon fibre combined with Bamboo fibre provides highly antibacterial, antistatic and breathable properties.
Sumatra does not need to be ironed and is perfectly hygienic even at low temperatures with quick washes.
Dyeing and finishing of the fabrics
Maeko performs dyeing and sampling services. The first colour bath for sampling allows dyeing from 15-34 m of fabric.
Each dyeing process can be done on customer’s demand following R.E.A.C.H and G.O.T.S specifications.

Color tune and precautions
The color tune of the natural fabrics may vary depending on the lot.
The quality of the device used to make a preview of each fabric may alterate each article.
We highly recommend to pre-wash your fabrics before cutting and tailoring them to avoid the shrinkage once the item has been already created.
